1. Overview & Nature of Service

BookTatkal.online is an independent third-party travel assistance concierge service. We are not an official agent or partner of Indian Railways or IRCTC. We provide manual and automated booking assistance to assist clients in booking tickets through authorized reservation channels.

2. Passenger Information Accuracy

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all passenger data including full names, ages, gender, and ID proofs match government identification cards. Any errors submitted by the client cannot be modified once booking attempts commence.

3. Quota Availability & No Guarantee

Railway reservation quotas are governed exclusively by Indian Railways. While our systems and operators execute booking attempts with maximum speed, ticket confirmation is contingent upon seat availability in the railway reservation system.

4. Refund Policy

In accordance with our Fair Concierge Policy, if our assistance team is unable to secure a confirmed ticket or if the ticket is placed in a waitlist, 100% of our concierge assistance fee is automatically refunded.
